Touch, a lounge Bar/Restaurant situated in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The main concept behind designing the space was experimenting with textures and lighting. The entire space is built in white. The flooring is a dull grey and all furniture, fabrics, and upholstery is in white. The color in the space is only through lighting. The image on the top left shows the space during the daytime without any lights. The other three images are the various moods created in the space by the lighting. The lights could hence change according to the mood of the crowd, from serene and calm to high energy. The second most important character of the space is the ceiling. The strong and low beam grid was turned into a design element by hanging thousands of meters of sheer fabric within the grid. The lights concealed within the folds of the fabric make the ceiling luminous providing ambient light and making it the most eyecatching element of the entire space.
