Insitu Design
This fine dining restaurant was located in the CBD area of the city and wanted to cater to the evening crowd. The owner wanted to have two separate areas, on two floors to cater to different temperaments of customers. The lower floor was the more relaxed fine dining space where as the upper terrace area was a lounge bar catering to the young and young at heart. The main design idea was to be true to the name of the place and have the whole place lit with tiny fairy lights seemingly floating in the space above the dining tables. The entire ceiling was painted in a textured gold paint to further enhance the glow
The lounge bar on the terrace was created by adding a semi covered structure and covering it with drapery of sheer fabric. The fabric added a softness to the structure making it welcoming.
